Standard stock and Pre-Made Items

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed and in its original packaging. Any items returned showing signs of use and / or washing will not be replaced and will be returned to you. Under No circumstances can items ordered over 3 months ago be returned.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Customised items cannot be refunded. A custom order is anything customised, tailor made or altered to suit you. This includes custom sizing. If I have received specific instructions from you to customise an item, for example 'use pink ribbing rather than black', this is considered a customised item and will not be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. All orders are also exempt from the distance selling regulations in relation to 'change of mind'. So please be mindful when placing an order and always check the size guide and current timescales.

Exchanges

All replacement and exchanged items are subject to the 'made to order' turnaround period and subject to fabric stock. In the event that we no longer have that fabric available a full refund or alternative fabrics will be offered. 

Refunds

To start a return, you can contact us here. Please ensure you give us your full name, order number and date of order within your message. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded. Please note return postage costs remain the responsibility of the buyer and original postage costs will not be refunded. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Washing and care instructions

Washing instructions can be found on each items care label. Please insure these guidelines are followed to keep your items in great condition. Failure to do so may result in shrinkage or damage, as such items cannot be returned or refunded if washed. All items can be washed at 30 degrees and are not suitable for use in a tumble dryer. We recommend washing with a colour catcher to keep colours from running. Iron on a low heat.

Discount codes

Any discount codes available will need to be applied manually at checkout to obtain.

Store credit

In the event you have been given store credit, unless otherwise stated, these codes will have a 1 month expiry date. If not used within 1 month the code will expire and will no longer be valid. This is regardless of any store closures. Store credit codes do not include postage.
