Dispatch

Current turnaround time is set to 2-4 weeks for in-stock fabrics from the date you place your order. Please bear this in mind when ordering holiday prints, such as Christmas/New Year. In the unlikely event of delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping

All postal orders in the UK will be dispatched via Royal Mail using a sign for service to ensure all items are tracked and insured. Although a signature may not be required, please expect to provide one on receipt of your order.

When you have received a dispatch notification, postal times can then take anywhere from 2 to 5 working days however please allow up to 2 weeks for your items to arrive. Delivery times are merely an approximate and postal delays may occur at busy times of year. Please only chase orders if you have not received your item within this time.

Pre-Orders

Some listings may be available to pre-order. This means fabrics are on the way to us and will be available soon to make your lovely items! These fabrics will be extremely limited so slots may be sold in advance. Our exclusive designs take 5-6 weeks to be printed and shipped to us so once they are gone, they are gone!

To avoid disappointment please ensure you order ahead of their arrival. Expected arrival dates for pre-orders can be found in each individual listing however can be subject to change. If this should happen or there are any other problems with pre-orders, customers effected will be contacted as soon as possible.
